Implants Show Significant Bone Loss: Attempt Antibiotic Therapy?
with single free standing crowns. Both implants show significant bone loss. Should I extract the implants and bone graft and then later go back in to install implants? Should I attempt antibiotic therapy? What do you recommend that I do at this time?
